ACV to borrow US$1.8 billion to invest in Long Thành Int’l Airport

The $1.8 loan will be invested as the third part of the Long Thành International Project’s first phase, to include improvements to passenger terminals and aircraft aprons, with a total overall investment of VNĐ99 trillion (US$3.9 billion).
